Tanya Jeske founded Ridgeline to fill that gap. A CMCA-credentialed manager with 25 years' experience in real estate and management and a master's degree in public administration, she brings Colorado legislative expertise that comes second nature. Before taking on a single client, she built a complete operational system — 45 documents, all 10 required CCIOA policies, legislative tracking, and transition protocols. That system is what every Ridgeline community receives from day one.
